Many men freeze when faced with the thought of approaching a beautiful woman. This is called approach anxiety, and it’s more common than you think. The key to overcoming it is practice and mindset. Start with small steps—smile at strangers, make brief eye contact, or strike up casual conversations with people in everyday settings. This builds social confidence gradually.

Remember, rejection is not failure; it’s simply feedback that the connection wasn’t right. Focus less on the outcome and more on the experience. When you approach with curiosity rather than pressure, the fear begins to fade. Breathing deeply before walking up helps calm nerves. Reframe the situation: instead of thinking “What if I fail?”, think “What if this goes well?” Confidence grows through repetition, so the more you approach, the easier it gets. Fear shrinks when action takes over.
